Meet Danielle

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
It’s lovely to have you browsing my website and wanting to get to know me. I’m an accredited Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator and certified Modern Qigong Teacher with over 25 years of experience supporting emotional wellbeing in both community and public health settings as a Mental Health Nurse. My work is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a deep belief in the power of holistic healing.

From a young age, I felt called to support others — leading community events, raising awareness around mental health, and helping people navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with themselves.

Through my sessions, I share practical tools and gentle movement practices, rooted in mindfulness, Modern Qigong, and psychoimmunology, that help you build resilience, restore balance, and find calm from within.

Student Experiences

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, from those exploring mindfulness for the first time to individuals navigating chronic illness, grief, or stress. Students often share that my sessions offer a sense of safety, warmth, and acceptance, where they can slow down and reconnect with their inner peace.

Many describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded after class, often surprised by how simple movements or moments of stillness can create such powerful shifts. My intention is always to meet you where you are, supporting your wellbeing journey with care, presence, and understanding. You can also explore the testimonials on my home page to read individual experiences in more detail.

AMindfulMovement-About-Community-Connections

Community Connections

Connection has always been at the heart of my work. For more than a decade, I’ve been raising mental health awareness through initiatives such as OneWave and Fluro Surfing, creating spaces for open conversation and ocean-based healing.

I also work alongside local groups and individuals to support those living with physical and emotional health challenges, offering mindfulness and Modern Qigong sessions designed to bring our community together in gentle, restorative ways.

If you’re ready to explore a new path to wellness, or simply curious to learn more — I’d love to connect.

✨ Let’s prioritise your wellbeing, together.
