Agreement to Terms

For all offerings and services

I declare that I am signing up for mindfulness, meditation, qigong or book club at the designated setting on my own accord I undertake that I will:

Exercise all precautions advised by instructors during the course/ session / experience
NOT go beyond my own physical limits during practice.
Seek medical advice regarding whether the practice is suitable and safe to do with any pre existing physical or mental conditions, and adhere to that advice.
NOT hold the instructor or A Mindful Movement legally responsible for any liabilities or damages should I be injured during the course/ session /experience or practice.

Danielle Coppleson of A Mindful Movement is not responsible for any medical conditions —pre-existing, arising during, or after the sessions nor for loss or damage to personal property.

The information presented in this website and/or sessions is in no way intended as a substitute for medical advice, fitness advice or psychological counselling. All information provided including information relating to medical and health or health conditions, products, treatments and nutrition is for informational purposes only.
